Company Neofyton dooel was opened in Skopje
On Wednesday, 7/12/2022. the official opening of the company was organized at the Kamnik winery in Skopje. The event was attended by a large number of guests from the plastics industry, associates and friends of the company. In the introduction, Neofyton presented the past successes, projects and values on which the company was built.
Success at the trade fair – Propak West Africa 2022
Last week, the largest plastic trade fair in Nigeria took place – Propak West Africa.
The most visited stand of the fair was the stand of Neofyton from Serbia. At the stand, visitors could get to know the leading European companies that produce machines and equipment for the plastics industry, represented by the company Neofyton: Engel, Piovan, IFW, Inmold.
High recycling quality directly from plastic flakes
With a new process, ENGEL makes it possible to process plastic waste as flakes in injection moulding directly after grinding. Since pelletising as a separate process step is eliminated, the innovation significantly improves the energy and cost efficiency in plastics recycling. At K2022, ENGEL is presenting the new two-stage process for the first time as a live exhibit at a trade fair. Logistics load carriers with rollers, also known as dolly pallets, are being produced at the ENGEL stand at the Circular Economy Forum in the open air area between halls 11 and 16.
Production of reusable plastic containers weighing 2000g in less than 25 seconds
One important parameter for improving productivity and cost efficiency simultaneously is the cycle time. During the K show 2022, large, multiple-use containers with a shot weight of 2000 grams are being produced in HDPE in less than 25 seconds at the ENGEL stand; this is some 30 percent faster than was previously possible. The two companies involved, ENGEL and HAIDLMAIR, have been able to set this new standard thanks to the optimum interplay between the injection molding machine, digitalization, automation and the high-performance mold.
We bring you impressions from the Drinktec 2022 fair
At SIPA’s stand, a system for the production of 20ml PET bottles for alcoholic beverages in one step, starting from granulates through the production of preforms and bottles on one machine, model ECS SP 80, was shown. A rotary blower, model XTRA 14, was shown for the production of 180ml bottles from recycled PET. , with a capacity of 2800 bottles per hour per nest. At the fair, SIPA also promoted a novelty when it comes to PET wine bottles, Sparkle. Visitors could enjoy the complete visual presentation of the stand, which was equipped with high-quality multimedia content.
