XT series
Granulators dedicated to scraps recovery from rigid or flexible extrusion for small sprues or heavy molds, also suitable for second step grinding of pre-crushed pieces.The granulator of this series, thanks to the special design of the cutting chamber, are also widely used for an immediate and safe in-line grinding of film and trims. The rotary discs integral with the rotor avoid film winding; high efficiency screen allows a quick evacuation of the ground material. They are part of a complete systems, from aspiration to regrind material recycle, designed by TRIA.

TPL series
The extrusion of profiles involves the production of bulky scraps, which must be quickly ground with a simple feeding by small granulators; this requirement are satisfied by TPL new version machines for the offline grinding of profiles with height up to 200 mm, pipes, tubes and sheets.

TRK series
The machines of TRK series satisfy the growing needs in the field of trims recovery from extruded PS, PP, PET, PA sheets with thickness from 0.1 to 3.0 mm. These needs are related to the use of most tenacious resins, to increments of speed and thickness that require granulators performance increasing. This series of very silent machines responds to all these needs.

GR series
Granulators characterized by an high throughput for the grinding of large amounts of sheets, profiles, large section pipes scraps, cracks in BOPP and BOPET lines. Peculiarities of this series are: the wide discharge area of the screens, the traction units with increased grip to guaranty the dragging of the film, the safety devices to prevent dangerous conditions for the operator. Possible placement in the pit for an easier feeding.

Plastics grinders
The portfolio of the Italian company TRIA includes plastics grinders for various purposes – foils, large plastic parts, panel elements, monofilaments; grinders for thermoformed, extruded plastic materials and extrusion remnants.

Ever since 1954, Tria has been specializing in the production of granulators for grinding plastics, with rotational knives.
