How adiabatic cooling works

Dry mode – no water

For most of the year the system operates as a dry cooler: fans reject heat from the heat exchanger directly to ambient air, with zero water consumption. This ensures stable process cooling with minimal operating costs.

Adiabatic mode – smart evaporation

When ambient temperature rises and dry mode is no longer sufficient to maintain the setpoint, the adiabatic operating mode is activated. Air is pre-cooled in the adiabatic chamber by a fine water mist, increasing heat transfer efficiency and ensuring performance with minimal water use.
