We are pleased to present you our new colleagues

Vanja Branovački has been in our team since April. This reinforcement came to us from the army, but not with the idea of introducing strict discipline, but to use Vanja’s rich and diverse experience so that our employees and organization can continue their path of constant growth and development. Vanja has a degree in psychology and psychotherapy, and she works for us as an HR Specialist. At the Self Center, she led and was part of many successful projects aimed at promoting mental health. At Neofyton, her task will be to make sure that Employee Experience for our every employee has a quality and enjoyable trip. Vanja is the mother of a girl, with whom she likes to spend her free time.

Aleksandar Obradović has been hired as the Service Coordinator. Aleksandar is a senior graduate at the Faculty of Technical Sciences and has many years of experience in design, service interventions and team management. At Neofyton, Aleksandar will be in charge of ensuring that the organization of field work is always at a high level and that we respond to the requests of our clients efficiently and shortly. We believe that he will successfully apply his skills and experience in the processes of putting machines into operation, reporting and solving service faults. After the end of the working day, Aleksandar gladly applies his creativity in the kitchen.

Reinforcement, especially for our clients from Croatia, is Marko Špoljar. Marko is a young man and an electrician by profession. Marko lives in Donja Bistrica, and immediately after finishing school he started servicing machines in various industries. Marko has joined our team in the position of Service Technician for the Croatian market because he loves challenges, and in his spare time his biggest challenge is to justify the role of his best uncle.

Marko Vladisavljević is an electrical technician by profession and is joining the Service Team. He has extensive work experience in servicing various machines. His main mission, as he says, is to beat the machine, and that desire helps him to be innovative in his work. That is why he wants to be part of our team. We are glad that now, in addition to musicians, we also have a DJ in our ranks – so now having a great time in Neofyton is guaranteed!
