At the beginning of this week, a joint meeting was held for all employees in our premises in Novi Sad, at which the director and owner of the company, Mr. Zoran Tadic and our colleague Mrs. Vanja Branovacki, HR specialist, presented plans for business improvement with special emphasis on strengthening the organizational culture, greater employee satisfaction with work and improving the Employee Experience.

Through an open dialogue, the employees presented proposals that they believe would have a positive impact on the work atmosphere and increase collegiality as well as job satisfaction.

The first results show that the meeting was successful:

All employees got voluntary health insurance

Flexible working hours from 7 am to 9 am have been introduced

Work from home is supported

We are reminding you that employees have the option to work short time until 2 pm on Fridays, of course if the job allows it. We also celebrate all important dates together: birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and for the youngest members of the Neofyton family we traditionally celebrate the New Year with creative plays for children and great gifts.
