On September 12, 2024, Neofyton had the pleasure of hosting third-year students from the Mechatronics Technician program at Mihajlo Pupin Secondary School of Electrical Engineering, Novi Sad. The visit was organized as part of the dual education program, aimed at familiarizing students with the operations of our company, as well as the technologies and machines we use in the plastic industry, including ENGEL and WINTEC machines.
During the visit, the students had the opportunity to observe mechatronics systems and machinery in action, gaining insights into the daily challenges and processes they will encounter in their future careers. The focus of the demonstration was on ENGEL machines, known for their precision and reliability, and WINTEC machines, representing the latest advancements in production technology.
Neofyton has successfully implemented the dual education program for several years, with the goal of supporting the development of young professionals in the field of mechatronics. This program enables students to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired in school through hands-on experience in real industrial settings. Our goal is to help students develop both technical skills and the ability to meet the demands of the modern job market.
Zoran Tadić, Director of Neofyton, emphasized the importance of dual education for the development of the plastic industry, highlighting the need for qualified professionals who can keep up with technological innovations and the requirements of modern production. “Our collaboration with schools and the inclusion of young people in the industry through dual education is a strategic step towards strengthening our industry and ensuring sustainable growth,” Tadić stated.

This visit represents another step toward strengthening the connection between the education system and the industry. Following the visit, selected students will have the opportunity to complete their internships at Neofyton, continuing their education in mechatronics by working at one of the leading companies in the field of plastic processing machinery.
Neofyton remains committed to improving the quality of education and supports the development of young professionals through ongoing collaborations with educational institutions.
We wish all students much success in their further education and look forward to the opportunity to develop future experts together.
