Two programmes for different industrial applications
FLOW BEYOND 2026 is structured around two separate specialist programmes. The first day focuses on the automotive industry, Class A surfaces, lighting, decorative technologies and paint-free production. The second day is dedicated to packaging, medical products, technical components and consumer goods.
Shared topics across both programmes include product quality improvement, process stability, reduced material consumption, sustainability, new regulatory requirements, recycled polymers, advanced coatings and the use of artificial intelligence in injection moulding.
Expert presentations
Practical examples from automotive, medical, packaging and technical manufacturing.
Live demonstrations
The latest Oerlikon HRSflow technologies demonstrated on real production applications.
Factory tour
A visit to the company’s production departments and R&D centre in San Polo di Piave.
Next Generation Automotive Day
Advanced solutions for premium automotive component quality, Class A surfaces, automotive lighting, smart surfaces and more efficient production without secondary finishing.
Next-generation automotive components
The programme on 8 September is dedicated to the latest automotive trends and technologies that enable aesthetically demanding and functional components to be produced directly from the mould.
Particular attention will be given to new automotive lighting solutions, hidden-until-lit surfaces, decorative film applications, high-gloss recycled materials, reducing the need for painting and using artificial intelligence to achieve more stable and autonomous production.
- Advanced hot runner systems for automotive components
- STARgate HRS™ and GLOW HRS technologies
- Smart and illuminated decorative surfaces
- Film insert and thermoject production processes
- High-gloss recycled polymers
- Artificial intelligence and autonomous injection moulding
Speakers and key topics
