Dynamico DSD is a two-zone system designed for technical injection moulding. It operates without an integrated chiller and connects to the central cooling system. Each mould zone receives precise temperature control and a high water flow rate.
An advanced digital control system with guided setup helps users identify and save optimal process parameters. The system automatically changes the temperature setpoint, while on versions with variable-frequency-drive pumps, Syncro Mode synchronises the flow rate with the machine cycle and activates more intensive cooling during the part-cooling phase.
This approach enables precise cooling-process control, shorter cycle times and consistent component quality, while improving the utilisation of production equipment.
