Neofyton at the 2026 Technical Fair: a modern factory across more than 150 m²
From 19 to 22 May, Neofyton will present three connected production units and a fully automated system in Hall 3, Stand 3025, demonstrating what modern, well-organised manufacturing looks like.
This will be Neofyton’s largest and most comprehensive presentation at the Technical Fair in Belgrade to date. Instead of a conventional exhibition display, visitors will see a working production system that connects injection moulding machines, robots, central material conveying, dosing, cooling, temperature control and digital process management.
Material will be prepared centrally and conveyed to the machines, finished parts will be removed automatically, and the performance of the machines and ancillary equipment will be monitored through digital solutions. The aim is for the stand to operate as a compact modern factory rather than a collection of separate exhibits.

Three connected production units
ENGEL e-motion 160 t
The central production unit is dedicated to plastic packaging. On the all-electric ENGEL e-motion 160 t a rectangular container for packing 400 g of food will be produced.
The two-cavity mould from Otto Hofstetter will operate with a cycle time of just four seconds.
ENGEL victory 160 t
The ENGEL victory 160 t will demonstrate the production of a technical part. The unit will be equipped with an ENGEL e-pic linear robot and a Frigel Dynamico system for mould temperature control.
The tie-bar-less technology provides unrestricted access to the mould area and makes automation integration easier.
ENGEL e-mac 180 t
The third production unit will be based on the all-electric ENGEL e-mac 180 t, producing caps.
The application will demonstrate the importance of precise electric drives and a stable process in high-volume production.
ENGEL e-motion 160 t for high-speed plastic packaging production
The centrepiece of the stand will be the all-electric ENGEL e-motion 160 t . It is designed around the priorities of today’s packaging industry: short cycle times, precision, repeatability and energy-efficient operation.
In plastic packaging production, every fraction of a second affects annual output, equipment utilisation and unit cost. The machine, mould, automation and cooling therefore need to operate as one coordinated system.
The containers will be removed from the mould by a high-speed top-entry robot from Campetella’s Gun Shot series , which will place them on an MB Conveyors conveyor belt .
Mould temperature will be controlled by the Frigel Dynamico Mold Profit Booster , while all three production units will be connected to a central Frigel chiller.
Central material conveying and process cooling
Piovan central system
All three production units will be connected to the Piovan central system for material conveying and preparation. The stand will therefore present not three separate machines, but a system operating according to the logic of a modern factory.

Frigel cooling
All production units will be connected to a central Frigel chiller , while Frigel Dynamico Mold Profit Booster systems will be demonstrated on the e-motion and victory machines.
In high-speed applications, cooling often determines the final production capacity. Stable mould temperatures support shorter cycles, fewer process fluctuations and consistent part quality.
ENGEL digital solutions and Piovan Winfactory
Digital production will be an important part of Neofyton’s presentation, represented by ENGEL digital solutions and Piovan Winfactory. This combination shows that modern production depends not only on machine and mould performance, but also on how visible, connected and measurable the process is.
ENGEL digital solutions enable production parameters and machine performance to be monitored, while Piovan Winfactory completes the management of ancillary equipment and central material conveying. Visitors will see how machines, material flow and peripheral equipment are connected within one production environment.
